Captain's Drive In
Saturday 4th January saw this years Captain's Drive In take place and the general view from those that attended on the day and into the early hours, was that it was the best ever!
My thanks to the sponsors, namely Peter Nicholson of Peugeot Airside for the sleek Black Mercedes that the Captain's arrived in. Similarly to John Callely of Irish Distillers for the Irish Whisky that went into making the 'Hot Whiskies' that were so popular on the day.
Congratulations to Barbara Kelly our Social Convenor for arranging the entertainment, the banc Smooth were a fantastic find and I am delighted to say they will also be playing at the Club's Valentines Dinner Dance on Friday 14th February 2014, more details of which will follow.

The Club's Memorabilia night took place on Saturday 30th November 2013. It was a fascinating evening, all due to the considerable time and effort made by Brian Bolger and Diarmuid O'Donnchadha over the last two years.
